PATHFINDER A short course in Engineering Mathematics

Engineering mathematics is an essential subject for GATE Biotechnology. Considering this as critical for qualifying the exam, the book “A short course on Engineering Mathematics” has been developed in a simple and lucid language. This book contains six chapters which describe various topics in sequential manner with ample practice questions. Chapters include linear algebra, calculus, differential equation, statistics and probability, numerical methods and laplase transforms. A large number of notes and remarks have been added for the better understanding. Besides chapter-wise practice questions, the book contain a previous year question papers as well. Although the book focuses mainly on GATE exam preparation, yet it is useful for other exams like CSIR-NET, DRDO, IIT-JAM, NBHM, GRE and Pre-Ph.D. tests.
